

The Hannah’s aren’t new to the Carrollton food scene—they’ve been part of the local flavor since founding Shuckers Oyster Bar back in 1998.
While that legacy continues with the Acquaotta family, John and Abby Hannah have embarked on a brand-new journey. With Brown Chicken Brown Cow, they’re trading the oyster shuckers for cast-iron skillets, bringing a fresh, eclectic take on elevated Southern comfort to Carroll County.
